It doesn’t interest me what you do for a living. I want to know what you ache for and if you dare to dream of meeting your heart’s longing.
— excerpt from The Invitation, by Oriah Mountain Dreamer

I believe that counseling is, at its core, a trusting relationship that is built on truth, courage, and communication. Our experiences shape who we are and what we believe. Each person has an individual experience with the world around them and this has its benefits, limitations, and prejudices that are challenging to overcome. These challenges can lead to blocks or barriers within ourselves that keep us from fully living out our lives from an authentic place. These challenges show up throughout our lives in many settings. Counseling is a tool we can use to learn how to address and work through challenges as they arise throughout our lives. Career Counseling is helping someone develop a positive view of themselves over time in the world of work. It helps us make sense of our values, skills, personality and interests. I work with individuals, couples, and relationships of all definitions to continue the journey of self-exploration and discovery that leads to a full, enriched and engaged life. Mental Health, Professional Development, and Wellness starts with you. I am here to support you along the way to a full and authentic you.
